Welcome to ORBITAL SHOP, an e-commerce web app powered by Shopify.
By using this website and its services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. E-commerce platform and data management
This site is a web app connected to Shopify APIs. Order, payment and shipping data is managed through Shopify and the providers needed to deliver the service:

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical logs. The cart, wishlist and preferences are saved in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for details of data processing.
3. Conditions of sale
3.1 Orders and availability
- All orders are subject to product availability
- Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
- Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product

4. Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Services may include Shopify Payments:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Payment security
Payments are processed securely by Shopify using SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
Note: Payment is charged when the order is confirmed. If a product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund within 14 business days.
5. Shipping and delivery
5.1 Delivery times

5.2 Order tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your shipment using the link provided.
Carrier or customs delays do not affect your mandatory rights concerning delivery, cancellation or refunds.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
6.1 Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
6.2 Return procedure
1. Send your return request to: info.orbitalrecords@gmail.com
2. You will receive instructions for returning the goods to our warehouse in Italy
3. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; for defective or incorrect products, contact us for a return at no cost.
4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method and including the original standard delivery charge. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, if opened after delivery
- Perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date
7. Statutory warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity under applicable law. EU consumers have at least two years of protection; longer mandatory periods, including three years where Portuguese law applies to new movable goods, remain unaffected.
If a lack of conformity appears within the applicable statutory period, available remedies under applicable law include:
- Repair or replacement of the product, subject to the conditions of applicable law
- A price reduction
- Termination of the contract with a refund

8. Limitation of liability
Orbital Shop is not responsible for:
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure events
- Incorrect information entered by the customer
- Misuse of purchased products
- Indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the products
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Orbital Shop or the respective rights holders.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of the content is prohibited.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Disputes concerning the interpretation, performance or termination of the contract are subject to mandatory rules on consumer jurisdiction. The choice of Italian law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to their place of residence.

Changes to these Terms will be published with an updated date and apply to future purchases. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms applicable when the order was made, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
